The Respawn 110 racing-style gaming chair is one of the best sellers that Respawn has produced, but how does it hold up against other gaming chairs?
If we talk about the first impression this chair gives, I can tell you that you will talk about it first and for a long time. When I first brought this chair home, it was all talked about. Then you will remember to talk about other stuff too.
The chair is thick and soft, which indicates that it will be highly comfortable to use. Along with it, a bold racing car design comes up to make your room look good with this beauty. If you have a chair like this in your gaming setup, it certainly shows a strong and powerful presence.
The color combinations have been very thoughtful if we take a deep look at them. The most popular variant is green and black colors. Other than that, red, white, gold, silver trims, and the whole back looks extremely impressive. Moreover, it has an odor resembling what a new car seat has. Well, it’s not like a bad smell. But it’s something new which you may have never smelled before.

1. Reclining Ability
It is highly adjustable in terms of the backrest. It can recline up to 155°, which is quite comfortable for any gamer. But when you sit on it, you get a feeling that it would have been better if it reclined more. Nonetheless, it’s still comfortable enough for you.
And its recliner is not hard, so you have to put a little pressure on it to make it lean back. The backrest dimensions are 28.5″W × 51″H. It makes it handy for a tall user.
2. Control Buttons
All the control buttons are on the right side. There is one button that works for tilt and reclining. And another lever is there for adjusting seat height. You can pull the reclining lever to make it tilt. And it can swivel 360° for your ease.
The reclining lever is a bit low unless you pull the lever back. It can be frustrating for you when you are reclining back. Therefore, you can’t reach the lever. All the buttons are on one side, which makes it easy. And you don’t get confused.
3. Armrests
We don’t find any 3D or 4D armrests here. It has pivoting armrests that can adjust in forwarding and backward positions to help you make yourself comfortable.
It can glide back, and with that, armrests move as well, and you can lock it in one spot. Armrests move forward and backward. It would have been better if they got at least 2D armrests. But still, they are not fixed in one position, which is good to know.
4. Adjustable Headrest
The head pillow and back pillow have been a handy addition to the Respawn 110. But if it were only in one position, your muscles would have begun to hurt. But that’s not the case here. We have an adjustable headrest and lumbar pillow here that you can move as per your comfort.
5. Seat Height
Like the headrest and lumbar support, seat height is also adjustable. Fortunately, the company has spent some time thinking over its adjustability.
There is a lever, which you can pull, to make it move up and down like an office chair. But it will move more swiftly. You can adjust its height as per your computer screen to enhance your gaming experience. The seat height has dimensions of 19.25″ to 22.50″. The seat depth is 21.25″, and the seat width is 21″ between two armrests. It will not be an issue for a wide user.
6. Footrest
The unique feature is the footrest that makes it distinctive. It may not look of good use. But once you use it, you will feel its importance. It gives maximum support to your legs and helps you even lay down on it.
In combination with the footrest, the recliner is a big deal here. If it had not reclined to this degree, the footrest was not of good use. But luckily, we have good reclining degrees and a footrest as well. It is retractable, and if you don’t want to use it, you can slide it back into it. And all of it is very smooth. The footrest has thick padding too.
7. Material
Respawn 110 is built with thick leather for your comfort and its good looks. It has grains of genuine leather to give you a feel of genuine leather.
You will feel the chair is taking shape once you sit on it. It is worth all the money you spend on it. Apart from your comfort, it has swiftly increased its durability. Even after using it for a few years, it will not break or crack. This is something we also see in Reven-Xi.
8. Comfort
Armrests are soft and padded and easy to use. They are not fixed in one position. First, it can recline up to 155°, which is the highest if we talk about Respawn gaming chairs. Moreover, it comes with a footrest, as you know, to add to your comfort. You can adjust the headrest with the strap that is with the holes.
9. Durability
Fortunately, with Respawn 110, we have nothing to complain about it. It can hold much better than other available options, and it can pass durability tests if we compare it with the chairs in this price range. It does not give any squeaky sounds even when you climb a bit on it. It solely proves its durability and that every inch is highly durable.
The material is thick with good stitches. And you won’t have to worry about getting it ripped off or cracked.
It is normal to see PU and faux leather as they are not genuine leather. You have to use it with a bit of care, such as you can’t cut the leather or burn it.
Price
Looking at all the features, you won’t consider it highly priced. You can get it for around 180$, which is a good deal. If you’re lucky enough to get a discount like me, go for it without thinking. You will never get any thought about why you spent so much money on this gaming chair.
Warranty
Fortunately, I didn’t get a chance to use it. But for Customer Satisfaction, Respawn 110 comes up with a limited lifetime warranty. They offer a free replacement for the defective product under normal usage ( should not be used for rental or any other commercial purposes). And the warranty is valid for the other parts as long as you don’t change it or still own it.
Assembly
Assembly is one of the easiest things you will face in this chair. It will hardly take only 10 to 15 minutes to assemble this chair.
It comes up with six pieces with the tools you will need in its assembly. It’s one of its pros: you won’t have to spend more time in it than gaming.
Conclusion
It was my experience with the chair. And I have been using it for the past three years. And it’s still in its best condition. But as we said before, you have to use it with some care. The chair has better features that you may not find in any other seat in this price range.
But only if you’re willing to use it for lesser gaming hours. If it would have reclined more and the armrests were moveable in all directions, it was a perfect chair in any scenario. But still, it’s not a bad deal looking at the price. So, good luck buying this chair.
